With deep expertise in building high-performing teams and scalable business models, Kunal has grown Technomine into a trusted global partner for travel businesses. His leadership is rooted in innovation, people development, and delivering consistent value to clients worldwide. Outside of work, Kunal travels extensively across global markets while also taking time to explore India and its rich culture, heritage, and hidden treasures.

Viral Naik

GCFO | Group Chief Financial Officer

Viral Naik oversees financial strategy and governance across the Technomine Group, ensuring stability, transparency, and sustainable growth. With a strong commercial mindset, Viral plays a key role in supporting TTS’s expansion, enabling clients to benefit from a secure, well-structured, and scalable partner. Outside of work, Viral enjoys hiking and connecting with nature, with ambitions to take on journeys from Ben Nevis to the Himalayas. He values time with his wife and two daughters, balancing adventure with family life.

Sheba Pillai

Head of Human Resources

Sheba Pillai leads human resources at Technomine, focusing on building a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. She is passionate about employee wellbeing, development, and engagement—ensuring TTS attracts, nurtures, and retains talented individuals who deliver exceptional service to clients. Her people-first approach underpins the strong culture at the heart of the business. Outside of work, Sheba loves travelling across India and is a proud ambassador for her home state of Gujarat, sharing its culture, warmth, and heritage wherever she goes.

Chris Oakes

Global Sales & Operations Director

Chris Oakes leads global sales and operations at TTS, ensuring clients benefit from both commercial growth and operational excellence. With over 40 years in travel, his journey began at 21 when he left Scotland for Corfu as an overseas rep. From managing crises on the ground to leading global teams, that hands-on experience shapes his practical, people-first approach today. Chris works closely with clients to deliver tailored outsourcing solutions across customer service, sales support, and out-of-hours operations—building long-term partnerships based on trust and results. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with family, travelling whenever he can, and staying closely connected to the travel industry community—often accompanied by Barney, the family’s much-loved Shih-Poo.

Ushma Naik

Marketing Director

Ushma Naik leads marketing across the Technomine Group, shaping how TTS connects with clients, partners, and the wider travel industry. With a strong focus on brand, communication, and storytelling, Ushma ensures that TTS’s values, culture, and capabilities are clearly represented across all markets. Her work plays a key role in supporting the company’s global growth and positioning as a trusted outsourcing partner. Outside of work, Ushma embraces both her Indian and Canadian roots, enjoying time with her husband and two daughters, often outdoors and making the most of family adventures.

Allison Haynes

Vice President of Sales – USA

Allison Haynes leads TTS’s growth across the United States, building strong partnerships with travel brands seeking flexible, high-quality support. With a background in sales and client relationships, she brings a practical, people-first approach—helping clients scale through tailored solutions across customer service, sales support, and out-of-hours operations. Outside of work, Allison enjoys time with her family and her much-loved Great Dane, who keeps life busy and entertaining in equal measure.

Gaurav Singh

Head of Operations

Gaurav Singh leads operational delivery at TTS, ensuring seamless 24/7 support for clients across global markets. With extensive experience in travel operations and service delivery, Gaurav is focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. His leadership ensures every client benefits from dedicated teams aligned to their brand, processes, and customer expectations. Outside of work, Gaurav is passionate about cricket and sport, bringing the same energy, teamwork, and competitive spirit into both his personal and professional life.
